1. Patient Bill of Rights

Every participant in the Cortex Protocol is guaranteed:

  • Right to Info: Full disclosure of biological mechanisms and expected outcomes.
  • Right to Refusal: Unconditional right to withdraw from the protocol at any second.
  • Right to Privacy: Absolute anonymity in all published data (data is de-identified).

2. Patient Responsibilities

To ensure efficacy, the patient must:

  • Disclose all current pharmacological intake.
  • Adhere to the circadian fasting windows (12 hours pre-infusion).
  • Remain on-site for the full 7-day residential window.
