1. Adherence to 5th Edition Standards
The Cortex Institute aligns its operational protocols with the NABH 5th Edition Standards for Day Care Centers. This includes over 100 objective elements spanning Patient Centered Standards (AAC, COP, MOM, PRE, HIC, PSQ, ROM) and Organization Centered Standards (ROM, FMS, HRM, IMS).
2. Facility Infrastructure
Our 5-acre campus serves as a controlled biophilic environment. Despite the residential luxury, the core clinical suite meets ICU-grade specifications:
- Positive pressure HVAC systems in infusion suites.
- Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) with 24h diesel generator backup.
- Medical Gas Pipeline System (MGPS) for Oxygen and Suction.
3. Hospital Infection Control (HIC)
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for Hospital Acquired Infections (HAI). Procedures include:
- Daily UV-C sterilization of all clinical zones.
- HEPA filtration in the rTMS and Infusion suites.
- Disposable consumables for all IV protocols.
4. Emergency & Code Blue Protocols
While we operate as a low-risk elective facility, we maintain full readiness for acute events:
- Crash Cart: Fully stocked ACLS cart available within 30 seconds of any patient zone.
- Ambulance: On-site BLS ambulance for transfer to our tertiary partner (Max Super Specialty, 5km distance).
- Staffing: ALS-certified ACLS paramedic on-site 24/7.
Disclaimer: The Cortex Institute acts as a Site Management Organization (SMO). All
medical protocols are administered by independent licensed contractors under strict CDSCO oversight.
